Industrial Inspection
Autonomous inspection of pipelines, substations, and manufacturing facilities across uneven floors, stairs, and outdoor terrain.
Industrial-grade compact quadruped robot for inspection, security, and special operations in complex terrain.
The AgiBot D1 Ultra is an industrial-grade compact quadruped robot built for demanding environments where wheeled robots cannot go. Using reinforcement learning (RL)-based gait control, it adapts to complex terrains with self-balancing, anti-tipping, and disturbance rejection — tackling slopes up to ≤30°, and climbing stairs up to 18cm high.
IP54 dust and waterproof protection allows operation in rain, mud, and sandy conditions. The high-torque joint motors (~48 N·m peak, 3,500W peak power) with dual-encoder controllers require zero calibration upon startup. A modular payload bay supports 3D radar, depth cameras, RTK modules, 4G, image transmission, and follow-up modules via standardized interfaces.

All-terrain perimeter patrol of outdoor lots, construction sites, and complex facilities that wheeled robots cannot navigate.
First-responder reconnaissance in collapsed structures, hazardous zones, or environments unsafe for human personnel.
